Workspace roles

  • Owner: everything, including plan and ownership. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.
  • Admin: members, groups, spaces, modules and settings.
  • Member: works in the spaces they belong to.

Data isolation

Every request is tied to one workspace, and data is separated at the database level, so one company can never read another company’s records.

Audit log

The audit log records who did what, with filters and details. History is kept for 30 days on Free, one year on Team, and in full on Business. Business also has a per-space audit log.

Branding and modules

Set your workspace name (Team) or your logo and accent colour (Business). Under Modules, switch whole areas such as the CRM on or off for your company.
