Your workspace address
A workspace lives on its own subdomain. People sign in on that address, and data never crosses from one workspace to another.

One account, several workspaces
You can belong to several workspaces with a single account. The workspace switcher moves you between them without signing in again, and you can create another workspace while signed in.
Signing in
- Email and password, with a password-strength check.
- Sign in with Google.
- Optional two-step verification with an authenticator app.
- A list of signed-in devices you can revoke from your profile.
Invitations and seats
Admins invite people by email or link. Pending invitations count toward your plan’s seat limit, so the limit cannot be bypassed by inviting many people at once.
